Featured Discussions
AI & Intelligent Automation at Enterprise Scale
From Generative AI and Agentic AI to RPA and process automation — how Indonesian enterprises across every sector are moving from pilot to production, building the governance frameworks, data pipelines, and organisational change programmes that make AI stick.
Cloud Strategy, Hybrid Infrastructure & Digital Modernisation
Navigating multi-cloud decisions, legacy system migration, and hybrid infrastructure in a market where on-premise lock-in remains common. Practical strategies for building scalable, cost-efficient, and compliant cloud architectures that support Indonesia's distributed enterprise footprint.
Cybersecurity, Zero Trust & PDP Law Compliance
With Indonesia recording over 400 million cyberattack attempts annually and the Personal Data Protection Law now in full effect, every enterprise faces the same imperative: build a security posture that satisfies regulators, protects operations, and doesn't paralyse innovation. Zero Trust, IAM, and threat intelligence in practice.
Data Governance, Analytics & the Path to Data-Driven Decisions
Most Indonesian enterprises are sitting on vast, fragmented, ungoverned data. This session addresses how to build enterprise data platforms, implement effective governance frameworks, and translate data into decisions that drive measurable business outcomes - across any industry, at any scale.
Digital Infrastructure: Data Centres, Connectivity & Edge
Indonesia’s data centre market is expanding at 13.7% CAGR. 5G is rolling out across 30+ cities. Hyperscalers are investing billions. How should enterprise IT leaders rethink their infrastructure strategy — colocation vs. sovereign cloud, edge deployments, and building the connectivity backbone to support AI and IoT at scale across 17,000 islands.
IT Leadership, Change Management & the Future of the Technology Organisation
- The CIO mandate has fundamentally changed. Technology leaders are now business transformation leads, board-level advisors, and talent strategists. How to build high-performing IT organisations, close the digital talent gap, manage vendor relationships at scale, and lead transformation programmes that actually land - not just get launched.
Enterprise Integration, APIs & the Connected Digital Ecosystem
As enterprises add cloud platforms, SaaS tools, and AI services, integration complexity is exploding. This session covers API strategy, microservices architecture, low-code/no-code development, and how to build a composable enterprise that can connect, extend, and adapt at speed - without accumulating technical debt.
Sustainable Technology & Responsible Digital Transformation
Indonesia has committed to net zero by 2060, and enterprise IT is one of the largest contributors to organisational carbon footprint. How to build green IT strategies — from energy-efficient data centres to sustainable procurement — while also governing AI ethically, ensuring digital inclusion, and aligning technology investment with long-term national priorities under the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision.

Testimonials
This is actually our first time participating in the Digital Transformation Summit, and our experience over the past two days has been very positive. We’ve had the opportunity to meet many important customers here and also network with new ones attending the event. For our organization, it has been quite effective because we’ve been able to identify the key pain points of customers and explore solutions we can offer them. If we were to give a rating, it would be four out of five.
I think the great thing about the event is that it is pretty much very intimate setting in terms of a summit. So we managed to have quite good, high quality conversations with the delegates at a booth area as well as the networking area during the tea break sessions outside. So I would say my sales teams are very pleased.
We believe the quality of attendees is higher when they are decision-makers. In previous events we participated in, many attendees were not decision-makers. However, in this case, we saw a high conversion rate among attendees who came to our booth. The delegates who attended had sufficient knowledge of collaboration tools. For example, they were already somewhat familiar with the collaboration tool we were promoting and also quite familiar with ByteDance group. This made it easy to interact with them, and by the end of the conversations, they were asking about special pricing. Overall, we received a very good response from the audience.
We've had two different tracks. So Daniel was speaking on day one. Across the IT track, we met some great leaders across driving digital transformation. Today I spoke on the marketing track. So it was great to connect with fellow marketing leaders and really gain insights around some of the challenges they're facing within their industries. Yeah, I would say we really appreciate the energy and the creativity that we've seen while being here! We've had great engagement after our presentations. We've had multiple people come into the booth, ask us more in depth questions to get really insights around how they can drive digital transformation within their organizations.
